At SuperYou, we prioritize your health and satisfaction; if your order arrives damaged or doesn't meet our quality standards, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we can only accept returns on unopened items in their original packaging.

Return Process

    Log into your SuperYou account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number.

    Quality Verification

    Upload a clear photo of the product and its expiry date if you are reporting a damaged or defective item.

  • 3.
    Pack and Ship

    Once approved, securely pack the items in their original box and use the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
